A Method to Improve the Anti-Grayscale Distortion Ability of Scene Matching Algorithm

For the purpose of efficiently solving the problem that matching precision influenced by grayscale distortion of images for guidance in cruise missile scene matching guidance, mathematics error models of grayscale distortion of images for guidance is qualitatively analyzed, definition to image grayscale minimization and its implement method are given. Through grayscale minimization preprocessing on images for guidance, the anti grayscale ability of matching algorithm is improved. Experiment is carried out with the traditional grayscale Normalized Product correlation (NProd) scene matching algorithm, the results show the feasibility and efficiency of the method proposed by this paper.
