Design and Test of Walnut Kernel and Shell Mixture Roller-type Classifier

In order to improve the separation efficiency of the walnut shell and kernel after that were been broken by machinery,we design a classifier for the mixture of the walnut shell and kernel,and described the structure and main components; through the orthogonal test,we analysis the effects of the roller angle,speed,feeding speed on mixed class rate and productivity,and optimization to determine the reasonable working parameters of classifier.
