Study on Preventing of Insect Pest in the Fine Dried Noodles by Microwave

The insect pest flooded in wheat flour has been an international problem for a long time. How to prevent and perish insect pest has been an intractability confronted by the fine dried noodles producing corporations. This research proves that the insect pest could be efficiently perished in the fine dried noodles with microwave.
