Toxicity Measurement of 8 Fungicides on Pathogenic Fungi of Walnut Root Rot

By using mycelium growth rate method,the inhibitory activities of 8 fungicides to Pathogenic Fungi of walnut root rot were tested.The results showed that all of the 8 fungicides inhibited the growth of walnut root rot.Among them,Prochloraz showed the best,EC50 being 0.2141mg/L;then was Shenqinmycin,EC50 being 0.2304mg/L;Thifluzamide and Azoxystrobin the poor and EC50 were 7674.623mg/L and 530482.6mg/L,respectively.The correlation coefficient of 8 fungicides was above 0.96,the correlation of fungicides concentration and inhibition was positive.
