Effects of Media Substrates on the Growth Characters of Mycelia and Sclerotia for Morchlla

The producing of mycelium and sclerotia was the important stage.The effect was obvious for forming time and number of mycelium and sclerotia in different kinds of media. This paper studied mycelia growth states and sclerotia cultural characters of two wild straims for Morchellain different kinds of media. The results indicated that mycelial growth and sclerotia forming of M_(1)was better than M_(2); the growing power of hypha was stronger and the density of sclerotia was bigger.And VB_(1 ) promoted the growth of mycelia and sclerotia.
