Evolution Trend of Research Topics on Knowledge Management Based on Intellectual Structural Method

It made a quantitative statistics on 8 444 literatures published from 1995 to 2012,and then used intellectual structure method to draw the pathfinder network diagram and evolution map. Results show that,the evolution of knowledge management area is still going on,and knowledge creation,knowledge management system,knowledge sharing, knowledge engineering and organizational memory are critical topics of scholars for a very long time. In the evolution process,some research topics have integrated and combined,the choice and evolution of topics rely on the era background,and present an increasingly detailed evolution trend,as well as the emphasis on actual application value. As to the research method,the qualitative research framework has been replaced by the quantitative research framework,and the integration with other areas is much more popular; as to the research content,the research area takes the analysis of knowledge management process and context as priority,and lays emphasis on the discussion and examination of knowledge owner,knowledge management's inner mechanisms and the causal relationship of factors; as to the research levels,knowledge management area attaches importance to the organizational level,and strengthens the analysis on teams and individuals at the same time; references tend to the citation and trace of proposed literatures on basic theories.
