Objective:In order to provide experimental evidence for the mechanism of Emphysema Model Rats with Lung-Qi Deficiency,we simulated the Emphysema Model Rats with Lung-Qi Deficiency with disease and syndrome.The aim was to observe the chang of ET,IL-1β and TNF-α in serum and lung tissue of Emphysema Model Rats with Lung-Qi Deficiency.Method:The model rats were simulated by injecting lipopolysaccharide into the trachea with cigarette smoking.The ET,IL-1β,TNF-α concentrations in blood and lung tissue was measured.Results:Plasma ET IL 1β and TNF-α concentration in the model group on the 28d was higher than that in the control group.Conclusion:The concentration increases in blood and lung tissue ET,IL-1β and TNF-α was related with the Emphysema Model Rats with Lung-Qi Deficiency.
