Advance in the Research of Peptide Drug Molecules for Longer Half-life and Higher Efficacy

This review describes the four modification technologies and their proceedings of several peptide drug molecules for longer half-life and higher efficacy: chemical modification,gene coupling,protesome-resistant mutants and reagents for controlled release.
