University Graduates' Occupation Expectation and Its Relevant Factors

This study examined the structure of university graduates' occupation expectation.Four components of occupation expectation were identified.They were occupational motivation,self\|consciousness,environment\|consciousness and personal career development.A model of university graduate occupation expectation was therefore proposed.
