Study of Whole Process Cost Management and Control in Project Construction

This paper elaborates the significance of whole process engineering cost management and control in a construction project, analyzes the emphases and difficulties of the whole process engineering cost management from the different stages of the construction, investment decision, project design, tender, construction, and settlement. It therefore points out the aspects that need a special attention for the engineering cost managers in their practical work.
