Rotavirus enteritis and non-rotavirus enteritis on myocardial enzymes

Objective: To research the changes of myocardial enzyme of rotavirus enteritis and non-rotavirus enteritis and the difference of myocardial enzyme between two enteritis. Methods: 64 cases of rotavirus enteritis were treated in January 2006-2009 as observation group, also selected 64 cases other types of non-treated rotavirus enteritis as control group, which were detected levels of serum AST, LDH, α-HBDH, CK, CK-MB. Results: AST, LDH, α-HBDH, CK, CK-MB of observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was significant (P0.05). 47 cases myocardial enzymes were elevated by the detection,which were given the treatment, AST, LDH, α-HBDH, CK, CK-MB were lower than that before treatment, the difference was significant (P0.05). Conclusion: The changes of myocardial enzyme of rotavirus enteritis are significantly higher than that of non-rotavirus enteritis.
