A new method for the determination of micronomicin with flow injection chemiluminescence was described. It was based on the chemiluminescence during the oxidation of micronomicin by N-bromosuccinimide (NBS) in alkaline medium in the presence of fluorescein as energy transfer. This method was sensitive, simple, rapid and reproducible. The linear range for micronomicin was 0.5~100 μg·mL~(-1 )with the relative standard deviation of 1.8% (c=5.0 μg·mL~(-1), n=11). The detection limit (3σ) was (0.08) μg·mL~(-1). The recommended method has been successfully used for the analysis of commercial formulation with satisfactory results.
