摘要
Objective To study the correlation of the intraocular pressure(IOP)obtained from different points in rabbit's eyeball. Methods The IOP of forty New Zerland white rabbits(eighty eyes)were examined by Tono-Pen tonometer under general anesthesia at central cornea, pericentral cornea, limbus and sclera(four millimeter behind the corneal limbus),and schiotz tonometer was used to measure the IOP at central cornea. The correlative rates of IOP obtained from different points were analyzed with SPSS software. Results The IOP obtained from central cornea, pericentral cornea, limbus and sclera by Tono-Pen tonometer were(19.44±2.33)mmHg(1 kPa=7.5 mmHg),(19.44±1.95)mmHg,(21.66±4.26)mmHg and(21.83±4.84)mmHg respectively, and IOP obtained from central cornea by schiotz tonometer was(19.27±3.14)mmHg.There was correlation between the IOP obtained from pericentral cornea and central cornea(R=0.615,P=0.0070.01);While the correlative rate of IOP obtained from limbus and central cornea was 0.537(P=0.021),and which from sclera and central cornea was 0.215(P=0.391).Conclusion The IOP obtained from pericentral cornea and corneal limbus may reflect the real IOP of rabbit.
