摘要
Clamping deformation and machining deformation of the thin-walled parts are important consideration question in the fixture design.According to the clamping characteristics of thin-walled parts,a universal fixture was designed.Through a unique radial support organization and flexible application of interval ring,flexible fixture to various thin-walled parts with different inside-diameter and different length was achieved and the processing deformation and clamping deformation were effectively overcome.The parts processing stability is guaranteed and production efficiency is improved by the fixture which has characteristics of reliable clamping,easy to disassembling and long service life.
