The Reverse Strategy of mdr1-induced multidrug resistance

The overexpression of P- glycoprotein(P-gp)which coded by the multidrug resistance gene l(mdr1) is one of most commonly occurrence mechanisms of tumour cell multidrug resistance(MDR). Inhibiting mdr1/P-gp as a method to reverse MDR has been studied extensively in.the past years. In the protein and the gene levels, the investigations have greatly progress. This paper reviewed the investigation status about the reverse of multidrug resistance.
