Comparison on the Sameness and Difference of Exploratory Factor Analysis and Confirmatory Factory Analysis

Exploratory Factor Analysis and Confirmatory factory analysis are two forms of Factor Analysis.Their theoretical foundations are all based on the normal Factor Analysis Model,but there are differences between the two kind of Factor Analysis,such as the basic idea,application premises,theoretical hypothesis,analysis step,application scope,and etc.While applying Factor Analysis,the two types of Factor Analysis should be applied together in management research.
