Self-adaptive and multiscale image fusion based on wavelet-domain

A self-adaptive and multiscale image fusion method based on walvelet transform is proposed.With the method,the fusion image by the application of self-adaptive multisize window is getted.The author implements image fusion experiment on emulational image and multi-focus image.In the end,the author compares algorithm with other algorithms in existence.The result shows that the proposed algorithm has apparent advantage on improving quality of image fusion and shows that the algorithm is feasible and effective.
