The expression and significance of Her-3 and Her4 genes protein in bladder carcinoma

Objective:To investigate the expression of Her3 and Her4 in bladder cancer.Methods:Immunohistochemistry SP technique was adopted to detect the expression of Her3 and Her4 in 5 cases normal bladder tissues and 40 cases of bladder cancer tissues,HIMAS-2000 high definition multicolor image analysis system got the average of luminosity and ashy degree of Her3 and Her4 slices.Results:The expression of Her4 in bladder cancer tissues was significantly lower than normal bladder tissues(P(0.05)),but the average of luminosity is higher(P(0.05)).Further,the average of luminosity of Her3 in bladder cancer is higher than normal bladder tissues(P(0.05)).Conclusions:Her4 be concerned with bladder cancer happened,it is indexe to evaluate the biological behavior of bladder cancer.
