Clinical Application of Ourselves-made Incubator for Premature Infant

Objective to verify the function of the ourselves-made incubator for premature infant.Methods The operativerule of the incubator was made.The clinical effect of the incubator on 23 premature infants were observed.The actual function of theincubator was compared with the designed standard for it.Result The once successful rate of starting device was 98.5 %.The timespent on preheating the incubator was not more than 20 minutes per 10℃.The change in the temperature with in the incubator with-out heating was less than ± 0.5℃ per hour.The accuracy of humidity from 50% to 70% was 99.5%.The outer function matchedthe oxygen device and blue phototherapy device,electrocardiogram monitor.Conclusion This incubator for premature infant accordswith the demands of the plan and can be conveniently and safely applicated to the premature infants.
