Ceremics Paste Screw Extrusion and the Extruder Design Principle

By constructing model,the movement and dynamics of ceramics pastes were analyzed during extrusion process.Combined the extrudate rheology character,the function relationship among the screw extrusion pressure and the screw working parameter,and the screw geometry dimension were established. The required pressure which the extrudate pass through the die head and entry successfully was determined,The design principle of screw extruder was presented,and the practical design and application of screw extruder were performed.The validity and reliability of theoretical analysis are proved by the practice results.
