Wavelet Network Network Diagnosis Method for Soft Fault in Analog Circuit

In order to raise the diagnosis ability for soft fault of analog circuits, a diagnosis method using Wavelet Neural Network (WNN) is proposed for handling the soft faults. According to the designed fault diagnosis flow of the analog circuit, WNN diagnosis model is constructed for soft fault. Simulation of Sallen-key filter shows that the proposed method has high diagnosis accuracy and is effective and feasible for diagnosing the soft fault in analog circuits.
