This study identifies multiple factors that affect the continuance intention to use e-learning systems from the literature and compares the relative importance among two countries (South Korea and China). Based on ECM and the IS success model, this paper suggests an integrative model of factors that impact users’ continuance intention to use e-learning as well as practical recommendations for how continued usage might be improved. The results show that for Korean consumers satisfaction is obviously a significant effect for the continuance intention to use. While for attention China, two factors are significant for continuance intention for using e-learning. For Korea e-learning companies must find effective ways to improve customer satisfaction. For Chinese e-learning companies should pay to improving both satisfaction and usefulness.
