Identification with thin layer chromatograph in Wantaidan capsules

OBJECTIVE To establish the method of thin layer chromatograph for Wantaidan capsules.METHODS Quanlity of Radix arnebiae,Flos sophorae,Honeysuckle and Salvia miltrorrhiza in the prescription were identified with thin layer chromatograph(TLC).RESULTS TLC could be used for the identification of Radix arnebiae,Flos sophorae,Honeysuckle and Salvia miltrorrhiza,the spots were clear and accurate.CONCLUSION The method is simple,accurate,and can be applied to quality control of Wantaidan capsules.
