Objective To explore the application of non-mydriatic digital fundus photography in fundus macular diseases screening.Methods Non-mydriatic digital fundus photography was used to screen for eye diseases in 3742 objects(7484 eyes) with above 50 years old.The people diagnosed as fundus macular diseases or suspicious macular diseases were examined by optical coherence tomography,the consistent rate of these two diagnostic methods was analyzed.Results Except for 145 objects(201 eyes) whose fundus macular photos were not exposed and 683 objects(984 eyes) whose fundus macular photos were unclear,in the remaining 2914 objects(6299 eyes),266 cases(354 eyes) were diagnosed as macular diseases or suspicious macular diseases,among whom 38 cases(44 eyes) were diagnosed as macular epiretinal membrane,35 cases(39 eyes) were macular hole,193 cases(271 eyes) were macular degeneration.Compared with optical coherence tomography scanning,the consistent rate of these two diagnostic methods was 75.94%.Conclusion Non-mydriatic digital fundus photography has high accuracy in diagnosing fundus macular diseases,so it can be used as preferred method in fundus macular diseases screening.
