The Application Value of Glycated Hemoglobin in Diabetes

Objective:To study the detection of glycated hemoglobin in the diagnosis of diabetes and impact of metabolic indicators.Methods: Glycated hemoglobin and fasting blood glucose in 126 patients with diabetes were detected.The patients were divided into group A(HbA1c ≤ 10%) and group B(HbA1c 10%) according glycated hemoglobin.TG,TC,LDL.HD other indicators were compared in two groups.Results: FPG and 2hPG,TC,LDL levels in group B was significantly higher than group A,the difference was statistically significant(P0.01).Conclusion: The detection of glycated hemoglobin in diabetic patients has important clinical value.
