Research and analysis of 300 adverse drug reactions of Chinese patent drug

Objective To discuss the characteristics and related factors of the adverse drug reactions of Chinese patent drug and to provide a reference for clinical drug safety.Methods The clinical data of 300 adverse drug reactions of Chinese patent drug were selected and analyzed.Results The patients with adverse drug reactions were mainly over 50 years old.The main route of administration was intravenous administration and the cases were 279(93.0%).The main damage was skin and its annex.Conclusions We should pay attention to the monitor work of adverse drug reactions of Chinese patent drug and enhance the supervising quality to promote safety and rational use of drugs.
