The Redesign on the Accident Classification of Vessel Traffic Accident Statistical Regulations of PRC

Based on analyzing the classificatory difference of vessel traffic accidents between Chinese and IMO’s regulations, this paper points out the limitation of Vessel Traffic Accident Statistical Regulations of PRC, and presents some suggestions on the classification of the accidents.
