Content Determination of Berberine in Fufang Qingdai San by TLC-Scanning

To control the quality of fufang qingdaisan,the content of berberine was deter-mined by TLC.The results showed that.There was a good linear relationship at a range of 0.137-0.959μg for berberine(r=0.9970).The recovery was94.7%.The method is simple,accurate and reproducible.
