Progress of the Transfer Printing Device of the Transfer Printing

The transfer printing device is an important part of the transfer printing machine,which is to guarantee the core of the quality of transfer printed.This paper introduced the technological process of the transfer printed and working principle,the common used device structure and transfer motion process of the roll type and blanket belt type,then analyzed and summarized,thus presented a new cold transfer printing device structure which combined blanket band and roll with high transfer rate,stability in transfer printing machine process and long service life.Finally,the paper concluded several problems that the design and improvement of the transfer printing devices should pay attention to.
