Studies on the Methods for Calculating Total Amounts of Pollutants in Waste Water Discharges from Industries

Based on the in situ investigation at 3 industrial corporations,we studied calculating total amounts of pollutants in waste water discharges from industries by the method of manual monitoring,which was compared with the methods of automatic monitoring and pollutant discharge coefficients.The potential factors and their applications of these methods are discussed,which offers a feasible way to accurately calculate the waster water pollutant discharges from the industries.
