~1H and ~(13)C NMR Chemical Shift Assignment for Tenatoprazole

Tenatoprazole is a novel proton pump inhibitor currently undergoing phase Ⅲ clinical trail.In this study,the 1H and 13C chemical shifts of this compound were assigned using 2D NMR techniques,including DEPT,HMQC,HMBC,COSY,NOESY and TOCSY.The asymmetric structure of the compound was elucidated by NOESY.All quaternary carbons of the compound were also assigned by HMBC.
