On the Custom of Inheritance from the View of Law

The inheritance law of our country has regulated the inheritance issues definitely. However,we find that the custom of inheritance is still functional in some areas. This thesis tries to find the deep-seated reasons behind this phenomenon from the cases in real life. Moreover,the thesis will speculate the future of the custom of inheritance.
