Discussion on round-bar supersonic detection

This paper expounds the characteristics of supersonic detection,discusses the feasibility of detecting heat-resisting super alloy bars with the diameter between 15mm and 80mm by supersonic,points out to achieve the goal by adopting immersion supersonic detection,designs probe and test block and formulates acceptance standards.Practice proves that this method meets all the product technologies requirements for non-destructive examination of small diameter metal bars.
