Pressureless sintering technology of silicon carbide ceramics

In this paper, some new developments of pressureless sintering technology had been discussed. Being prsence of Liquid-phase which cause weak grain-boundary, the silicon carbide can be sintered in lower temperature. Liquid-phase sintering is the focus of currently research.
