摘要
Surface soil(0-20 cm) samples were collected from a 25 years fertilization experimental field to study the effects of different fertilization practices on the activities of glycosidase(α-,β-glucosidase and α-,β-galactosidase) and acid-and alkaline phosphomonoesterase in the black soil.Comparing with non-fertilization or applying chemical fertilizers, the application of organic manure or its combination with chemical fertilizers increased significantly the activities of all tested enzymes, mainly due to the addition of the corresponding enzymes in organic manure. There was a significant positive correlation between all tested enzyme activities and soil organic C content, and between acid-and alkaline phosphomonoesterase activities and soil total P content.Among the tested glycosidases,β-glucosidase was most sensitive to fertilization practices.
