Effect of Different Temperature Treatment on Seed Germination Characteristics of Cowpea and Radish

Germination characteristics of cowpea and radish seed under different temperature was studied. The results showed that different temperature treatment exhibited different effect on germination rate, germination vigor and germination index. Germination rate, germination vigor and germination index under 28℃ and 30℃ were higher in cowpea. Although temperature showed no effect on germination rate and germination vigor, but radish had higher germination index at 25℃, 28℃ and 30℃
