【Objective】To compare the dynamic neutralization system and posterior lumbar interbody fusion in treating lumbar degenerative disease. 【Methods】The patients with Lumbar degenerative disease in our hospital were randomly divided into control group treated with Posterior lumbar interbody fusion and observation group with dynamic neutralization system, surgery related index differences, lumbar function score and lumbar spine mobilitywere compared.【Results】Observation group patients operation time, intraoperative blood loss, total length of hospital stay were significantly less than control group patients(P 0.05). Observation group patients were treated for 6months and 12 months after lumbar function score values were significantly lower than control group patients(P 0.05). Observation group patients postoperative segmental ROM value was greater than control group significantly(P0.05), adjacent segment ROM value was less than control group patients significantly after treatment(P 0.05).【Conclusions】Dynamicneutralization systemis used for the treatment of patients with lumbar degeneration, with less surgical trauma, and after treatment on lumbar function and mobility has obvious advantages.
