Implications from the Structural Holes Theory on Development of Science&Technology Intermediaries

From the perspective of the structural holes theory,the process of developing science technology intermediaries is actually a process of reconstructing innovation network.In this process,the premise is that structural holes exist,and it should fulfill the information and control advantage of structural holes.On the basis of these,it can construct effective innovation network,rationally allocate innovation resources,and then improve innovation ability.
