A Review on Studies and Applications of Electroless Ni-P Composite Plating

Studies on electroless Ni-P composite plating are reviewed,ineluding microscale and nanoscale composite plating,mechanism of coating formation,the effects of plating parameters on coating formation,heat treatment after plating, structure and properties of electroless eomposite coating.The application and study trends of electroless Ni-P composite plating are forcasted.
