摘要
This design is primarily aimed at studying the surface of Railway Passenger Coach, present method of painting, its inabilities, quality defects and to explore an improved, affordable, user friendly Robotic Painting system and generation of trajectory with desired paint quality. This design also intended to decrease the paint consumption, minimize environmental aspect/ impact, reduce painting time and increase productivity. Based on the computer-aided drawing of coach, the tool model, task constraints and optimization criteria the trajectory is generated in an integrated manner.
