摘要
Climate change poses challenges to environment and human health, whereas urban infrastructure plays an important role in responding to extreme weather events and mitigating natural disasters. This paper takes Beijing, China, as the research area, conducts a questionnaire survey on residents' perception of climate change, infrastructure system, and health status. Multiple logit model and structural equation model are used to analyze the impact mechanism and impact path of climate change on residents' health. The results show that: (1) the perception of average temperature and precipitation change has a significant impact on residents' physical and mental health; (2) residents who do not have a certain sense of climate change are more likely to have positive health status compared with those who suffer the vivid effects of it; (3) atmospheric climate change promotes the construction of productive infrastructure and has indirectly positive influence on service infrastructure as well; and (4) infrastructure system is an important mediating effect in the impact path of climate change on residents' health.
