Consideration a Decalcifying Method of Soft Tissue-Adhering Hard Tissue

When decalcifying the soft tissue-adhering hard tissue, contraction, destraction, and low stainability of the soft tissue have been insuitable to some extent. On the other hand the hard tissue alone can rapidly be decalcified by regulation of the temperature, as descrived previously. In case of soft tissue-adhering hard tissue, however, warming will increase the above mentioned disturbances so much more that it may be disadvantageous in cytological study.The anther made a study of the new technic in oiler to diminish these disadvantages as for as possible, so that it may keep a decalcifying solution from infiltrating into the soft tissue.
