摘要
Abstract Taking diaphragm spring clutch as the research object, a mathematical model was established in MATLAB to calculate and select its parameters. The multi-objective optimization method was used to obtain the optimized parameters. Using UG to create a three-dimensional model of the diaphragm spring, and ANSYS Workbench to conduct finite element analysis. By using the static analysis method, the root of the separation finger was found to be the part that can withstand the maximum stress, and its value met the material’s performance requirements, verifying the feasibility of the method. Modal analysis of the diaphragm spring was carried out, and it was verified that there would be no resonance with the engine, verifying its matching with the engine, at the same time, the effectiveness of the optimization is verified.
