摘要
The logistics system during ship construction is a complex discrete event system. Based on the QUEST simulation software platform, the visual model of the plane segment production line workshop in a shipyard was established. In this paper, the production and construction process of a double bottom plane section of a bulk carrier is taken as an example. Through the simulation of the production line, the utilization rate, production capacity and balance rate of various equipment of the production line are obtained. By analyzing the simulation data, the optimization scheme of the production line logistics system is proposed, which makes the logistics of the shipyard production line more reasonable. Through simulation and comparison, the optimization scheme increased the balance rate of the production line from 68.4% to 91.0%, and greatly improved the production efficiency of the workshop.
