摘要
Abstract A gold(I)‐catalyzed heterocyclization/(6 + 3) cycloaddition cascade between yne‐enones and hexahydropyrimidines is reported, offering a modular platform for the synthesis of structurally novel 1,5‐diazonane‐fused cyclonona[ c ]furan frameworks in moderate to good yields under mild conditions. Both tricyclic and tetracyclic products are accessible from cyclic yne‐enones. Moreover, the asymmetric version has been demonstrated at the proof‐of‐concept level, delivering 50% ee using the chiral H 8 ‐BINOL‐derived phosphoramidite ligand L7 .
