摘要
The most important parameter for hydraulic calculation in district heating supply system is the estimated outdoor temperature. Mongolian capital Ulaanbaatar city, which has an extreme and cold climate, the estimated outdoor temperature for heating calculated for the last 65 years (-39) С is still used in hydraulic calculations. The estimated outdoor temperature for heating should be determined by the average of the coldest 5 days selected from the 8 coldest winters in the last 50 years. Due to global warming in recent years, the calculated value of outdoor temperature is also changing. In this paper, based on the last 50 years of weather data of Ulaanbaatar city, the calculated value of outdoor temperature for heating will be determined. By redefining the estimated outdoor temperature in combination with the actual outdoor readings and research methods for many years, optimize the technical and economic evaluation of district heating supply system sources, transmission lines, district heating substation, pump stations, geothermal heating well, and heat equipment for new users, the quality of planning will improve.
