The Essential Oil Composition ofStachys pubescensTen

The composition of the essential oil obtained from the dried flowering aerial parts of Stachys pubescens Ten. (Labiatae) was analyzed by GC and GC-MS for the first time. Sixty-one components have been identified in the essential oil of S. pubescens. The major constituents of the essential oil were borneol (6.3%), camphor (5.5%), spathulenol (5.2%) and α-terpineol (5.1%).
