摘要
Abstract Two-dimensional boron nitride (BN) nanosheets have attracted increasing attention owing to their diverse functionalities. Here, we developed, for the first time, a solid exfoliation method to prepare few-layer BN nanosheets by ball milling of hexagonal BN (h-BN) with ammonia–borane. We believe this facile and efficient method will pave the way for large-scale fabrication of few-layer BN nanosheets.
