摘要
• An injectable immunomodulatory hydrogel (CGHP) was developed for accelerating diabetic wound healing. • CGHP is capable of adapting to irregular wounds while overcoming short half-life and burst release of platelet-rich plasma. • Gallic acid and platelet-rich plasma synergistically regulate immunity, promoting M2 macrophage polarization. • This multifunctional hydrogel accelerates wound healing through combined immunomodulation, anti-inflammation, and pro-angiogenesis.
