摘要
The article is presented on the influence of diffusion mode on the microstructure and mechanical properties of carbonitriding layer on 20CrMo steel. The research results show that: With the intermittent gas supply mode, the effective penetration depth can reach 1200 µm. The increased penetration depth will increase the wear resistance of steel when working. Moreover, the microstructure of sample is uniform to ensure the working efficiency of steel. The distribution of carbonitriding layer is uniform to increase the quality of the permeable layer. By SEM analysis method, EDS has determined the distribution of two elements carbon and nitrogen in the carbonitriding layer.
